My name is Ty Arnold.
I am a yoga, tai chi and meditation teacher.
Most yoga classes of today have been focused on making yoga a gym exercise practice that is usualy only available to extremely physically fit young people.
But, yoga is a practice that can be available to all levels of ability.
I have made is my mission to reach out to underserved groups and offer physical movement practices such as yoga, tai chi, and aerobics that are customized for their (your) needs.
Prior to COVID-19, I taught corporate classes for Parkinson's, arthritis, and early dementia and wellness center classes for seniors, weight issues, and general groups.
In March 2020, with the advent of COVID-19, I stopped teaching in person classes and started a new series of classes online, with a focus on Accessible Yoga, weight issues, and meditation (for stress and relaxation).
My web site is meant to grow as a virtual studio/center.
All classes are online.
Many are taught by me, though other teachers are starting to join me.
I do not run my studio for a profit.
There have been donations and that is paying for the basics.
Recently, I was able to change from some classes are free to ALL class are FREE.
