Dana's passion is to bring people together in love & joy. She practices & teaches several forms of yoga to create unity. As an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, Dana has been teaching Hatha, Yin & Laughter Yoga in Central Florida since 2009. Her classes focus on awareness, mindfulness & deep attention to the breath. She encourages all of her students to find acceptance & joy in their bodies no matter what their level of practice or fitness is.

Dana is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher. Prior to Covid-19, Dana had been sharing weekly Laughter Yoga classes at the Maitland Jewish Community Center for 10 years and a few monthly Laughter Clubs, as well as leading Laughter at Yoga Festivals up and down the East Coast. She loves sharing the joys and health benefits of Laughter Yoga with all. She particularly likes the way all barriers of separation melt away as we connect to one another at a heart level, perceiving our tine oneness. Laughter Yoga is accessible to Every Body & is a deep & fun healing practice that releases stress, boosts the immune system, exercises the heart & lungs, & fosters positive, loving, compassionate & accepting attitudes NMW (No Matter What)!

In-person group laughter is far from the safest thing to do at the moment. Fortunately, Laughter Yoga translates extremely well to a virtual format! So since April. Dana has been offering FREE Laughter Yoga classes on Zoom every Monday at 11:00-11:40am.

Dana continues to teach her regular yoga class schedule at Maitland Harmony Yoga Studio-but online only for now.

An accomplished vocalist and Bhakti Yogini, Dana is a mantra artist. While her band.
