VLS is a VIRTUAL STUDIO for yoga, meditation and wellness classes, workshops, and special events
We are here to support your needs, in a way that keeps you safe and secure, while having access to the types of classes that you want and need in these stressful times.
Our teachers are from various yogic traditions and trainings from North America, South America, UK, Europe, Asia and Pacific islands.

Practice from a mat or on your bed (the most comfortable place to practice Yin Yoga is in your bed)
